She-Ra by Didi-Esmeralda

This is my very first non-Marvel/DC/Archie(crossover) Comics Commission (well, I guess my OC Kali isn't really Marvel or DC, but she's fixed into the DC Universe).    And though She-Ra has appeared in several comics, she's not a comic book character but a cartoon character.

I'd have bet that Korra would have been my first cartoon character.  Or Ariel (no, not the red head, the one that rides around with Ookla and Thundarr).  But I always liked She-Ra, and she was on the list of characters to commission.

So, I finally sent it off to Didi-Esmeralda as I knew I'd get a really great picture back.

I'd have probably commissioned her holding Mjolnir like she is the sword, but a huge lightning bold slamming down into it.  Same caption.  (Maybe I could put the body of Thor under one boot).

Maybe I should do a series of those? (Rouge-Thor, She-Ra-Thor, Wonder Girl-Thor, Mary Marvel-Thor, She-Hulk Thor, etc).

Anyway, I'm once again happy with the results, and I recommend Didi-Esmeralda to anyone.  The hair in this picture is just fantastic.  I LOVE the background.   And I like that she's got a more muscular build.
